MICRPRO.COM 100% Satisfaction Guarantee guarantees its MICRPro Brand Products to be free from damage, defects or poor workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase to your satisfaction. MICRpro Brand Products include Remanufactured & New MICR Toner Cartridges, Check Stock, Envelopes and MICR Font Hardware. We will replace the item or refund the purchase price, it is the customer's choice. Our experienced technicians are well equipped to diagnose damage or defects, if they are unable to duplicate or discover a problem, the customer assumes the cost of the replacement or original shipment if no replacement was ordered.

If you wish to return unused merchandise, you may do so for up to 1 year from purchase date for MICRPro Brand items and 90 days for all OEM products. The customer assumes the cost of shipping the merchandise back to MICRPro and must insure their product against damage/loss. Customer's will be assessed a 15% restocking fee after our evaluation team determines the product is still in re-sellable condition. If the product comes back and it is not in good condition, no credit will be issued. Anything over one year old will not be credited. If a return item is lost or damaged in shipping, the customer must file a claim with their preferred shipper and no credit will be issued by MICRPro.

Printer Return Policy

Before you buy your printer, please double check that the features you want are found on the printer you have selected. Check for PC vs MAC connectivity, color printing functions, speed, network capability, etc. We have provided links to the HP specs for all printers listed within our website. Please take the time to review the printer specifications before buying.

If your printer is unopened, you can return the printer within 30 days of invoice date for a refund or credit less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.*

If your printer is opened, your MICR Laser Printer may not be returned. Only unopened printers may be returned.

If your printer is defective, the HP manufacturers warranty covers defective printers for one year. Please contact HP by calling 800-474-6836.

If the MICR toner cartridge is defective, has a one year warranty from date of invoice should you experience any cartridge issues. Please contact customer service at the number listed below.*
